Do I need a computer?
No. ClinicPad runs on an Android phone or tablet. Your receptionist can use it at the front desk and you can check the numbers from your own phone.
What if the internet goes down?
Keep working. ClinicPad saves visits on the device and syncs them automatically as soon as the connection is back.
My receptionist isn't tech-savvy. Will they manage?
Yes. ClinicPad was designed to work like the register they already keep: enter the mobile number, confirm the fee, issue the token. Most receptionists are comfortable within about five minutes.
Is my patient data safe?
Every staff member signs in with their own password, each clinic's records are kept separate, and closed days are locked against changes. You can export your register at any time.
How do I pay for the subscription?
Choose the monthly plan at ₹199/month, or the yearly plan at ₹1,799 (10% off ₹1,999). Pay directly inside the app using UPI — you'll get a reminder before your renewal is due.
